If your product arrives damaged, we accept returns of unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges).
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your return and refund to be processed after receipt.
Discounted products and products purchased through distributors or retail partners are not eligible for return or refund.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use an insured & trackable courier service.
All returned items are inspected. Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer. Refunds require actual receipt or proof of delivery.
